About the Trainer
Dirkje is a passionate kickboxing coach and currently training to become a psychomotor therapist. With over 15 years of experience in kickboxing, she combines her love for movement and mental well-being to guide both adults and youth toward a stronger version of themselves.
She holds degrees in Social Work and Sports Education (CIOS), is SKJ-registered, and has completed specialized training in boxing coaching. Her energetic and supportive approach makes her sessions both empowering and fun.
Dirkje believes that movement is not only a powerful tool for physical strength, but also a therapeutic outlet for the mind. Her goal is to help people reconnect with themselves through sport — to release stress, gain confidence, and experience a sense of balance and clarity.
By offering these sessions at Punt West, a peaceful and scenic location by the sea, she hopes to create the perfect environment for both physical and emotional growth.
